Better For You Snack Swaps

My family always asks me for “better for you” snack options - essentially packaged snacks with less harmful ingredients. As I’ve said before, whole foods are the BEST option for you - anything without a label and expiration date. BUT, we’re all human and sometimes we need some packaged goods. Here’s a list of a few of my fave brands - mostly clean ingredients, a short ingredient label and low/no additives.

Other tips:
Choose natural PB with only peanuts and salt
Choose pure organic maple syrup (only ingredient!)
Avoid seed and vegetable oils; choose avocado, extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil
