My 10 Must-Have Snacks

I’ve always been a snacker; especially during the work week, I need an afternoon pick me up, and I often need a little something to satisfy my sweet tooth after dinner.

While I aim for unprocessed foods to munch on as much as possible, balance and eating empowered is the ultimate goal. I try my best to look for simpler ingredients when I can too! Here’s a list of a few of my favorite snacks.

  • Half an avocado and sea salt/avocado and roasted sweet potato and sea salt, believe me it’s delicious

  • Mixed berries - strawberries, blueberries, blackberries

  • Apples, natural peanut butter and cinnamon

  • Chia seed pudding

  • Simple Mills almond flour crackers and hummus, they are the definition of crack. Rosemary & sea salt and fine ground sea salt are my favorite flavors

  • Simple Mills crunchy chocolate chip and crunchy double chocolate chip cookies

  • Raw Rev Glo Bars - Dark Chocolate and Sea salt is my all time favorite

  • A handful or 2 of dark chocolate chips - sometimes that’s really all I need to curb my sweet tooth; I like Lilly’s and Enjoy Life

  • Skinny dipped almonds - dark chocolate cocoa is always something I get for a flight too (drool)

  • Lemon and ginger tea, not a typical snack, but soothing and delicious and it fills the void
